| − | Cloud Coins were created as part of an effort to unify the currencies of [[Sayleus]] and [[Luaria]]. In order to meet the needs of the highly geographically distributed population of Saylua, Cloud Coins were minted across the planet in different regions with little quality control. When Cloud Coins were originally minted, they were meant to be circular in shape with smooth edges, but the poor quality of minting caused the coins to have extremely bumpy edges. Thus, the coins came to colloquially be known as Cloud Coins. As history went on, the mints started to intentionally incorporate bumpy edges into the coin design.
